Launch Training & Support

You know, the local church is still one of the most important ways to spread the gospel and make disciples. But it can be a bit intimidating. So many questions and so many things to figure out…especially when it comes to planting a church for young adults. So for new pastors looking to plant new stand alone parishes or pastors leading a young adult “service” at an existing local church, we walk you through a multi module training, leveraging the collective wisdom of the group. It may not be everything and all things you need to launch, but it will get you a great head start.

Yearly Retreats

Pastors need rest. Mental rest, emotional rest, spiritual rest, physical rest. That is what this is about. The goal is that pastors leave the retreat lighter, centered and rested.  Here, we drop all ministry work and work on our soul. Here, pastors get to bond, sleep in, eat good, have fun and just feed the soul.

Monthly Virtual Prayers And Teach Back Sessions

Each month, we get together to pray for each other and to check on each other. On that same call, we have a teach back session where a church leadership topic is chosen (e.g. Volunteer management, funding, leadership etc.), one of us shares the experience in that area (what is working/what is not) and the rest of us  learn and can even contribute. This fosters collective growth.
